REGULATION 2020-2

Provincial Offences Procedure Act

1New Brunswick Regulation 91-57 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended by adding after section 15 the following:
15.1A violation ticket under section 16.2 of the Act and the certificate referred to in paragraph 16.3(1)(j) of the Act shall be in Form 13.1.
15.2A notice of dispute under section 16.9 of the Act shall be in Form 13.2.
2The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Form 13.1 and Form 13.2 in numerical order.
3This Regulation comes into force on March 2, 2020.
