REGULATION 2019-34

1New Brunswick Regulation 83-130 under the Land Titles Act is amended by adding after section 19.3 the following:
19.4If an application to register a judgment under section 40 of the Act relates to a judgment that affects an interest in or title to land or requires the payment of money but also includes provisions that do not do so, the judgment annexed to the application under subsection 40(5) of the Act shall be an abbreviated judgment issued under the Rules of Court, unless otherwise ordered by the Registrar General.
2Schedule A of the Regulation is amended
(a) by striking out

6Form 35 of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Form 35 is substituted.
7Form 36 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by striking out “memorial of”;
(b) by striking out “30 days” and substituting “90 days”.
8Form 36.1 of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Form 36.1 is substituted.
9Section 1 of Schedule B of the Regulation is amended by striking out

11This Regulation comes into force on December 1, 2019.
