1Subsection 4(5) of New Brunswick Regulation 2001-89 under the Assessment and Planning Appeal Board Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (z);
(b) by repealing paragraph (dd) and substituting the following:
(dd) the local service district of St. Jean Baptiste – Menneval is continued and described under paragraph 15.1(f) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168,
2This Regulation comes into force on June 1, 2019.
