REGULATION 2018-79

Municipalities Act

1Section 5 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
5(1)The city called The City of Fredericton is continued.
5(2)The territorial limits of The City of Fredericton are decreased and the new territorial limits are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 5(2).
5(3)The effective date of the decrement is July 31, 2018.
5(4)The inhabitants of the area referred to in subsection (2) continue as The City of Fredericton.
2Schedule 5(2) of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule 5(2) is substituted.
3This Order comes into force on July 31, 2018.
