31(1)The town called Woodstock is continued.

31(2)A portion of the local service district of the parish of Woodstock, being an area contiguous to Woodstock, is annexed to Woodstock and the new territorial limits of Woodstock are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 31(2).

31(3)The effective date of the annexation is October 1, 2018.

31(4)The inhabitants of the area shown on the plan attached as Schedule 31(2) continue as Woodstock.

31(5)Despite any provision of the Municipalities Act or the Community Funding Act, after October 1, 2018, the Minister shall pay or credit, as the case may be, to Woodstock amounts under the Community Funding Act that are owed to or owed to the credit of the region referred to in subsection (2).
