REGULATION 2018-49

Education Act

1Subparagraph 9(2)(b)(i) of New Brunswick Regulation 2001-51 under the Education Act is amended by striking out “or is renewed”.
2Section 10 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1)
(i) by repealing paragraph (d) and substituting the following:
(d) the person is not less than twenty-one years of age, and
(ii) by repealing paragraph (e) and substituting the following:
(e) the person, during the month of the person’s birthday, successfully passes a medical examination by a medical practitioner or a medical examination prescribed by the Minister of Justice and Public Safety
(i) every four years, if the person is under 45 years of age,
(ii) every two years, if the person is 45 years of age or over but under 65 years of age, and
(iii) annually, if the person is 65 years of age or over.
(b) by repealing subsection (3).
3This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2018.
