1New Brunswick Regulation 84-6 under the Assessment Act is amended by adding after section 2.2 the following:
2.211The criteria that the Minister of Aquaculture and Fisheries shall consider to make a determination under paragraph 4(1)(f) of the Act are as follows:
(a) the agricultural society or agricultural fair association holds an annual agricultural fair or exhibition that includes competitive judging and awarding of recognition to exhibitors for their entries and participation; and
(b) the agricultural society or agricultural fair association maintains liability insurance.
2This Regulation shall be deemed to have come into force on January 1, 2018.
