1Paragraph 9(aa) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168 under the Municipalities Act is amended by striking out “for fire protection, street lighting, community services, recreational facilities and first aid and ambulance services” and substituting “for fire protection, non-fire related rescue, street lighting, community services and recreational facilities”.
2Section 13 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (v) by striking out “for fire protection, street lighting, recreational facilities and first aid and ambulance services” and substituting “for fire protection, non-fire related rescue, street lighting and recreational facilities”;
(b) in paragraph (y) by striking out “for fire protection, street lighting and first aid and ambulance services” and substituting “for fire protection, non-fire related rescue and street lighting”.
3Paragraph 14(g) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “for fire protection and first aid and ambulance services” and substituting “for fire protection and non-fire related rescue”.
