1Section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 83-42 under the Motor Vehicle Act is amended by repealing the definition “municipality” and substituting the following:

“municipality” includes a regional service commission within the meaning of the Regional Service Delivery Act and a rural community.(municipalité)

2Subsection 3(2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$18.00” and substituting “$19”.

3Subsection 4(1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$18.00” and substituting “$19”.

4Section 4.1 of the Regulation is amended

(a) by repealing subsection (2) and substituting the following:

4.1(2)A person who makes an application under subsection (1) shall pay a fee of $54.

(b) in subsection (5) by striking out “$50” and substituting “$54”.

5Section 5 of the Regulation is amended

(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out “$40.00” and substituting “$43”;

(b) in paragraph (b) by striking out “$28.00” and substituting “$30”.

6Section 6 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “$70.00” and substituting “$75”.

7Section 7 of the Regulation is amended

(a) in subsection (3) by striking out “$70.00” and substituting “$75”;

(b) in subsection (4) by striking out “$70.00” and substituting “$75”;

(c) in subsection (5) by striking out “$70.00” and substituting “$75”;

(d) in subsection (6) by striking out “$70.00” and substituting “$75”.

8Section 8 of the Regulation is amended

(a) in subsection (1)

(i) by repealing paragraph (a) and substituting the following:

(a) subject to paragraphs (b), (c), (d) and (e) and subsections (1.1) and (1.2), for trailers and semi-trailers other than mobile homes,
