REGULATION 2014-21

Municipalities Act

1Section 31 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
31(1)The town called Woodstock is continued.
31(2)A portion of the local service district of the parish of Woodstock, being an area contiguous to Woodstock, is annexed to Woodstock and the new territorial limits of Woodstock are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 31(2).
31(3)The effective date of the annexation is March 1, 2014.
31(4)The inhabitants of the area referred to in subsection (2) continue as Woodstock.
2The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 31(2) in numerical order.
3This Order comes into force on March 1, 2014.
