1Paragraph 10(7)(a) of New Brunswick Regulation 82-103 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is amended by striking out “up to five” and substituting “up to seven”.
2Section 10.2 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
10.2(1)If, after the draw held under section 10.1, any combination of stretch of waters and date remains available, the Minister may sell any corresponding remaining licences on a first-come first-served basis for a period of two consecutive weeks beginning the second Monday in May.
10.2(2)Only a member of a party who participated in and was not chosen in the draw held under section 10.1 is eligible to purchase a licence under subsection (1).
10.2(3)A member of a party eligible to purchase a licence who is referred to in subsection (2) may reserve a maximum of one combination of stretch of waters and date referred to in subsection (1)
3Section 10.3 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “section 10.1 or 10.2” and substituting “section 10.1 or who purchased a licence under section 10.2”.
4Section 10.4 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
10.4(1)If, on or after the first Monday in June, any combination of stretch of waters and date remains available, the Minister may sell any corresponding remaining licences on a first-come first-served basis up to 48 hours before the date for angling.
10.4(2)Any person eligible to purchase a regular Crown reserve licence may reserve one or more combinations of stretches of waters and dates referred to in subsection (1).
5The Regulation is amended by adding the following after section 10.4:
10.5(1)If, within 48 hours before the date for angling, any combination of stretch of waters and date remains available, the Minister may sell any corresponding remaining licences on a first-come first-served basis.
10.5(2)Any person eligible to purchase a regular Crown reserve licence may reserve one or more combinations of stretches of waters and dates referred to in subsection (1).
10.5(3)The licences referred to in subsection (1) shall be issued to each member of a party, and the number of persons to make up the party may be less than the number of rods permitted under subsection 28(2) for angling per day on the stretch of waters covered by the licence.
6Subsection 16(2.3) of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
16(2.3)An application for a daily Crown reserve licence shall be made
(a) at a designated office of the Department,
(b) by telephone, or
(c) by completing an electronic application available on the Department website.
7Subsection 18(1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “on any daily Crown reserve waters” and substituting “on any specific stretch of daily Crown reserve waters”.
8Section 23 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “more than one” and substituting “more than two”;
(b) in subsection (1.1) by striking out “more than two trout in any one day, both of which trout” and substituting “more than five trout in any one day, all of which”;
(c) in subsection (1.2) by striking out “more than one” and substituting “more than two”;
(d) in subsection (1.3) by striking out “more than one” and substituting “more than two”;
(e) in subsection (1.4) by striking out “more than one” and substituting “more than two”;
(f) in subsection (1.5) by striking out “more than one” and substituting “more than two”.
9Section 27 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (u) and substituting the following:
(u)regular Crown reserve licence for angling between June 1 and August 31 (per day)

(b) by adding after paragraph (u) the following:
(u.1)regular Crown reserve licence for angling between September 1 and September 15 (per day)
$ 31.00
(c) by repealing paragraph (v) and substituting the following:
(v)subject to paragraph (w), daily Crown reserve licence for angling between June 1 and August 31 (per day)
$ 46.00
(d) by adding after paragraph (v) the following:
(v.1)subject to paragraph (w), daily Crown reserve licence for angling between September 1 and September 15 (per day)
$ 31.00
(e) by repealing paragraph (w) and substituting the following:
(w)daily Crown reserve licence for angling on the daily Crown reserve waters described in paragraphs 7(4)(c.1), (e), (e.1), (f), (g), (h), (i) and (j) between June 1 and August 31 (per day)
$ 20.00
(f) by adding after paragraph (w) the following:
(w.1)daily Crown reserve licence for angling on the daily Crown reserve waters described in paragraphs 7(4)(c.1), (e), (e.1), (f), (g), (h), (i) and (j) between September 1 and September 15 (per day)

(g) by repealing paragraph (x) and substituting the following:
(x)subject to paragraph (y), live release licence for angling between June 1 and August 31 (per day)

(h) by adding after paragraph (x) the following:
(x.1)subject to paragraph (y), live release licence for angling between September 1 and September 15 (per day)

(i) by repealing paragraph (y) and substituting the following:
(y)live release licence to angle on the Lower Cains River Stretch described in paragraph (c.1) of Schedule D between June 1 and August 31 (per day)

(j) by adding after paragraph (y) the following:
(y.1)live release licence to angle on the Lower Cains River Stretch described in paragraph (c.1) of Schedule D between September 1 and September 15 (per day)

(k) by repealing paragraph (z) and substituting the following:
(z)live release licence to angle on the Upper Cains River Stretch described in paragraph (c.2) of Schedule D between June 1 and August 31 (per day)

(l) by adding after paragraph (z) the following:
(z.1)live release licence to angle on the Upper Cains River Stretch described in paragraph (c.2) of Schedule D between September 1 and September 15 (per day)

10Section 27.01 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
27.01(1)The fees payable for applications for angling licences are:
(a)application for a regular Crown reserve licence under section 10
$ 7.00 per person in the party
(b)application for a daily Crown reserve licence under section 16
$ 7.00 per person in the party
(c)application for a live release licence under section 30.2
$ 7.00 per person in the party
27.01(2)For the purposes of subsection (1), a person shall not be required to pay in that year more than one application fee.
11Subsection 30.2(3) of the Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
30.2(3)An application for a live release licence shall be made
(a) at a designated office of the Department,
(b) by telephone, or
(c) by completing an electronic application available on the Department website.
12Section 31 of the Regulation is amended and the following is substituted:
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “on the waters described in Schedule D” and substituting “on any specific stretch of the waters described in Schedule D”;
(b) by repealing subsection (2) and substituting the following:
31(2)Despite subsection (1), the maximum number of days a person who holds a live release licence may be authorized to angle on any specific stretch of the waters described in Schedule D is two days in any one month, and those periods shall not be consecutive over month ends.
