1Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 94-89 under the Highway Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
SCHEDULE A
CHARLOTTE COUNTY
Route 1 - Canada-United States Border Crossing to the Charlotte County/Saint John County Line
1All that portion of Route 1 from the United States Border Crossing to the boundary between Charlotte County and Saint John County located in Saint Stephen Parish, Saint David Parish, Saint Croix Parish, Saint Patrick Parish, Saint George Parish, Pennfield Parish and Lepreau Parish in Charlotte County designated as a level I controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 1 that is 743 m west of the boundary between New Brunswick and the United States; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 1 for a distance of approximately 81.679 km to the boundary between Charlotte County and Saint John County, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
Church Street
2All that portion of Church Street located in Saint Stephen Parish, Charlotte County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Church Street and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a northwesterly direction along the centre line of Church Street for a distance of 180 m, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Church Street and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a southeasterly direction along the centre line of Church Street for a distance of 185 m.
Route 3
3All that portion of Route 3 located in Saint Stephen Parish, Charlotte County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 3 and the centre of the grade separation for Route 1; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 3 for a distance of 156 m.
King Street
4All that portion of King Street located in Saint Stephen Parish, Charlotte County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of King Street and the centre of the grade separation for Route 1; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of King Street for a distance of 304 m.
St. David Ridge Road
5All that portion of St. David Ridge Road located in Saint David Parish, Charlotte County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of St. David Ridge Road and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of St. David Ridge Road for a distance of 153 m, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of St. David Ridge Road and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of St. David Ridge Road for a distance of 170 m.
Route 127 at Gilmans Corner
6All those portions of Route 127 at Gilmans Corner located in Saint Croix Parish, Charlotte County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 127 and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 127 for a distance of 185 m, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 127 and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 127 for a distance of approximately 233 m to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 127 and Route 170.
Basin Road
7All those portions of Basin Road, located in Saint Patrick Parish, Charlotte County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Basin Road and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Basin Road for a distance of approximately 332 m to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Basin Road and Basin Access Road.
Route 127 near Kerrs Ridge
8All those portions of Route 127, located in Saint Patrick Parish, Charlotte County, designated as a level III controlled access highway on the west side of Route 127 and designated as a level IV controlled access highway on the east side of Route 127 and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 127 and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 127 for a distance of 312 m.
Route 760 near Bethel
9All those portions of Route 760 located in Saint Patrick Parish, Charlotte County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 760 and the centre of the grade separation for Route 1; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 760 for a distance of 178 m, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 760 and the centre of the grade separation for Route 1; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 760 for a distance of approximately 245 m to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 760 and Barker Road.
Manor Road Connector Road
10All those portions of Manor Road Connector Road located in Saint George Parish, Charlotte County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Manor Road Connector Road and the centre of the grade separation of Route 1; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of the travelled portion of Manor Road Connector Road for a distance of 187 m.
Route 760 near St. George
11All those portions of Route 760 located in Saint George Parish, Charlotte County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 760 and the centre of the grade separation of Route 1; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 760 for a distance of approximately 326 m to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 760 and Brunswick Street.
Route 780
12All those portions of Route 780, located in Saint George Parish, Charlotte County, designated as a level III controlled access highway on the east side of Route 780 and designated as a level IV controlled access highway on the west side of Route 780 and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 780 and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 780 for a distance of 270 m.
Route 172
13All those portions of Route 172, located in Saint George Parish, Charlotte County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 172 and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 172 for a distance of 200 m.
Route 175 at Pennfield
14 All those portions of Route 175, located in Pennfield Parish, Charlotte County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 175 and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 175 for a distance of approximately 147 m, to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 175 and Route 785.
Route 176
15 All those portions of Route 176, located in Pennfield Parish, Charlotte County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 176 and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 176 for a distance of approximately 174 m, to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 176 and Route 778.
Route 175 near Pennfield Station
16 All those portions of Route 175, located in Pennfield Parish, Charlotte County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 175 and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a northwesterly direction along the centre line of Route 175 for a distance of 246 m, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 175 and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a southeasterly direction along the centre line of Route 175 for a distance of 267 m.
