1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 2001-11 under the New Brunswick Income Tax Act is amended by striking out “2011 and 2012 taxation years” and substituting “2011, 2012, 2013 and subsequent taxation years”.
2Section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “2011 and 2012 taxation years” and substituting “2011, 2012, 2013 and subsequent taxation years”.
