1The enacting clause of New Brunswick Regulation 84-67 under the Regional Development Corporation Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
Under section 11 of the Regional Development Corporation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
2Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Community Improvement Corporation Act” and substituting “Regional Development Corporation Act”.
3Section 2 of the Regulation is amended in the definition “Act” by striking out “Community Improvement Act” and substituting “Regional Development Corporation Act”.
