NEW BRUNSWICK
REGULATION 2013-45

Municipalities Act

1Paragraph 19(q) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
(q) the parish of Shediac, excluding Shediac, that is shown on the attached Schedule 19(q), for fire protection;
2Paragraph 19.1(c) of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
(c) that area of Westmorland County known as Scoudouc Road in the parish of Shediac that is shown on the attached Schedule 19.1(c) for fire protection, street lighting and garbage and refuse collection and disposal;
3The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 19(q) and Schedule 19.1(c) in numerical order.
4This Regulation comes into force on June 28, 2013.
