1Section 27 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (2) and substituting the following:
27(2)A portion of the local service district of the parish of Shediac, including Shediac Island, and a portion of the local service district of Scoudouc Road, both being areas contiguous to Shediac, are annexed to Shediac and the new territorial limits of Shediac are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 27(2).
(b) by repealing subsection (3) and substituting the following:
27(3)The effective date of the annexation is June 28, 2013.
2The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 27(2) in numerical order.
3This Order comes into force on June 28, 2013.
