Fish and Wildlife Act

Subsection 4(1) of New Brunswick Regulation 2005-138 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is repealed and the following is substituted:

(1)
The procedure to be used by a qualified technician in the analysis or examination of a portion of meat, tissue or body fluid of any species of wildlife or fish shall be one or more of the following:
(
a
)
Mitochondrial DNA Sequencing;
(
b
)
DNA Genotyping; or
(
c
)
Gender Typing of Mammals using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR).
