1Subsection 22(2.2) of New Brunswick Regulation 85-104 under the Parks Act is repealed.
2Section 23 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (3) and substituting the following:
23(3)The fees for a vehicle entrance permit for a provincial park named in Schedule D shall be as set out in Schedule D.
(b) by repealing subsection (3.1) and substituting the following:
23(3.1)The following beach maintenance fees shall be added to the vehicle entrance permit fees for Parlee Beach Provincial Park set out in Schedule D:
(a) for a bus, a daily fee of $3;
(b) for a motorcycle, a daily fee of $3; and
(c) for all other vehicles,
(i) a daily fee of $3, or
(ii) an annual fee of $12.
3Section 24 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) of the French version,
(i) in the portion preceding subparagraph b)(i), by striking out “livret” and substituting “carnet”;
(ii) in the portion preceding subparagraph c)(i), by striking out “les conditions” and substituting “l’état”;
(b) by repealing subsection (2) and substituting the following:
24(2)The greens fees payable with respect to the Herring Cove Provincial Park Golf Course are as follows:
(a) for eighteen holes of play, $35 per person;
(b) for nine holes of play, $22 per person;
(c) for eighteen holes of play, $28 per person,
(i) if play is limited to the two hours before sunset,
(ii) before or after the normal season’s play, or
(iii) when course conditions or attendance warrants the fee;
(d) for nine holes of play, $18 per person,
(i) if play is limited to the two hours before sunset,
(ii) before or after the normal season’s play, or
(iii) when course conditions or attendance warrants the fee;
(e) for unlimited daily play for a school class from grades one to twelve, when accompanied by an adult, $10 per person;
(f) for tournament fees for eighteen holes of play for non-members, if the tournament has thirty or more participants, $25 per person;
(g) for a season of play
(i) for a person who is a senior citizen on the first day of May of the year for which the pass applies, $425 per person,
(ii) for an adult who is twenty-one years of age or older but under sixty-five years of age on the first day of May of the year for which the pass applies, $475 per person,
(iii) for an intermediate who is nineteen years of age or older but under twenty-one years of age on the first day of May of the year for which the pass applies, $325 per person,
(iv) for a student with valid student identification who is nineteen years of age or older but under twenty-five years of age on the first day of May of the year for which the pass applies, $325 per person, and
(v) for a junior who is under nineteen years of age on the first day of May of the year for which the pass applies, $150 per person;
(h) for a book of passes for ten rounds of eighteen holes of play, $310; and
(i) for a book of passes for ten rounds of nine holes of play, $200.
(c) by repealing subsection (3).
4The Regulation is amended by adding after section 24 the following:
GOLF RENTAL FEES
24.01(1)The fees in this section apply with respect to the Herring Cove Provincial Park Golf Course.
24.01(2)Subject to subsection (3), the following rental fees are payable for a power cart:
(a) for 18 holes of play, $30;
(b) for nine holes of play, $18; and
(c) for a season, $775.
24.01(3)The following rental fees are payable for a power cart for play limited to the two hours before sunset, before or after the normal season’s play or when course conditions or attendance warrants the fee:
(a) for 18 holes of play, $17; and
(b) for nine holes of play, $12.
24.01(4)The daily rental fee payable for a pull cart is $3.50.
24.01(5)The daily rental fee for a set of golf clubs is $16.
5Section 26 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (2)
(i) in subparagraph (a)(ii) by striking out “$17” and substituting “$22”;
(ii) by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following:
(b) for the period from 5 p.m. until the closing of the hill,
(i) $10 per person for persons 6 to 18 years of age and students 19 years of age and over with student cards, and
(ii) $14 per person for all other persons 19 to 64 years of age.
(b) in paragraph (3)(b) by striking out “$25” and substituting “$29”;
(c) in subsection (4)
(i) by repealing paragraph (a) and substituting the following:
(a) if purchased before the first Sunday in December, $149 per person; and
(ii) in paragraph (b)
(A) in the portion preceding subparagraph (i) by striking out “after the last Sunday” and substituting “on or after the first Sunday”;
(B) in subparagraph (ii) by striking out “$220” and substituting “$250”;
(d) by adding after subsection (4) the following:
26(4.1)The fee for a family ski lift pass, which includes seasonal ski lift passes for up to two adults and their children, is $675.
(e) by repealing subsection (5).
6Section 28.1 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
28.1The fees set out in sections 22, 23, 24, 24.01, 24.1, 24.2, 24.3, 25, 26 and 27.11 and in Schedules B, C and D are tax inclusive.
7Schedule B of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule B is substituted.
8Schedule C of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule C is substituted.
9Schedule D of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule D is substituted.
