REGULATION 2011-56

under the

Municipalities Act

Filed September 1, 2011

1Subsection 5(3) of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:

5(3)The effective date of the annexation is September 7, 2011.

2Schedule 5(2) of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule 5(2) is substituted.

3This Order comes into force on September 7, 2011.
