Municipalities Act

1Section 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-85 under the Municipalities Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (1)(b) and substituting the following:
(b) pay to the society or the Dog Control Officer a licence fee of fifteen dollars for each dog.
(b) in subsection (7) by striking out “twenty-five cents” and substituting “three dollars”.
2This Regulation comes into force on February 15, 2011.
