1Form 1 of New Brunswick Regulation 83-134 under the Conflict of Interest Act is amended by striking out “to Her Ladyship, The Honourable Madam Justice Judy L. Clendening, and to such as may be his lawful successor(s) herein,” and substituting “to a designated judge”.
