1Section 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-125 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “twenty-five dollars” and substituting “$37.50”;
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “one hundred dollars” and substituting “$150”.
2 Subsection 10(2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “one dollar” and substituting “$1.50”.
3This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2012.
