1Section 4.01 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-124 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is amended by adding after subsection (2) the following:
4.01(2.1)An application for a bobcat validation sticker shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
2 Section 18 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by adding after paragraph (b) the following:
(b.1)application for a bobcat validation sticker

(b) in paragraph (e) by striking out “$25” and substituting “$37.50”;
(c) in paragraph (f) by striking out “$100” and substituting “$150”;
(d) in paragraph (g) by striking out “$15” and substituting “$22.50”;
(e) in paragraph (h) by striking out “$50” and substituting “$75”;
(f) in paragraph (i) by striking out “$5” and substituting “$5.25”.
3(1)Section 1 and paragraphs 2(a), (b) and (c) of this Regulation come into force on April 1, 2011.
3(2)Paragraphs 2(d), (e) and (f) of this Regulation come into force on January 1, 2012.
