1The heading “Definition of “Act”” preceding section 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 2009-25 under the Fire Prevention Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
Definitions
2Section 2 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
2The following definitions apply in this Regulation.
“Act” means the Fire Prevention Act.(Loi)
“overtime” means time worked on a Saturday or holiday and any time worked after 5 p.m. of any day and before 8 a.m. of the following day.(heures supplémentaires)
3Section 3 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
3(1)Subject to subsection (2), the fee for the review of a plan under section 18 or 19 of the Act is $100 per hour or any part of an hour, with a minimum charge of $100.
3(2)The fee under subsection (1) is $150 per hour or any part of an hour for the review of a plan done during overtime, with a minimum charge of $150.
4This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2011.
