1Subsection 7(2) of New Brunswick Regulation 2009-138 under the Public Health Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (b) of the English version by striking out “and” at the end of the paragraph;
(b) in paragraph (c) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting a semicolon followed by “and”;
(c) by adding after paragraph (c) the following:
(d) a licence to operate a Class 5 food premises only as an abattoir is $225.
