1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-65 under the Provincial Loans Act is amended by adding after paragraph (a.2) the following:
(a.3) the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC);
(a.4) the Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB);
