1Clause 12(1)(a)(iii)(B) of New Brunswick Regulation 97-150 under the Education Act is amended
(a) in subclause (III) by striking out “, or” and substituting a comma;
(b) in subclause (IV) by striking out the period and substituting a comma;
(c) by adding after subclause (IV) the following:
(V) the Collège communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick (CCNB), or
(VI) the New Brunswick Community College (NBCC).
