1Section 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-85 under the Municipalities Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “Subject to subsection (3), every owner” and substituting “Every owner”;
(b) by repealing subsection (3);
(c) by repealing subsection (4).
2The heading “KENNELS” preceding section 5 of the Regulation is repealed.
3Section 5 of the Regulation is repealed.
4Paragraph 8(1)(d) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “when it is in the kennel” and substituting “when it is in an enclosure such as a kennel”.
5This Regulation comes into force on June 1, 2010.
