1Section 5 of New Brunswick Regulation 96-81 under the Victims Services Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out “$4,000” and substituting “$8,000”;
(b) in paragraph (c) by striking out “$1,000” and substituting “$2,000”;
(c) in paragraph (f) by striking out “$200” and substituting “$300”;
(d) in paragraph (g) by striking out “$200” and substituting “$300”;
(e) in paragraph (i) by striking out “$200” and substituting “$800”;
(f) in paragraph (j) by striking out “$200” and substituting “$300”;
(g) in paragraph (k) by striking out “$200” and substituting “$300”.
2Subsection 6(1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “five thousand dollars” and substituting “ten thousand dollars”.
3This Regulation comes into force on June 1, 2010.
