1Schedule B of New Brunswick Regulation 84-177 under the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act is amended
(a) in section 3 by adding after
3Canadian Standards Association (CSA)
the following:
CSA B51-03: Boiler, Pressure Vessel, and Pressure Piping Code
(b) in section 4 by striking out “CAN3 Z299.3-85: Quality Assurance Program - Category 3”.
2This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2010.
