NEW BRUNSWICK
REGULATION 2010-24
under the
Real Property Tax Act

1Section 6 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-210 under the Real Property Tax Act is amended by striking out “six percent” and substituting “3%”.
2The Regulation is amended by adding after section 13.1 the following:
13.2The rate of interest for the purposes of subsection 21(3) of the Act is 3% per year.
13.3The rate of interest for the purposes of subsection 21(4) of the Act is 3% per year.
COMMENCEMENT
3This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2010.
