1The heading “VILLAGE OF CLAIR” preceding section 51 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
CLAIR
2Section 51 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the following:
51(1)The village called Village of Clair is continued and the name of the village is Clair.
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “Village of Clair” and substituting “Clair”.
