Gasoline and Motive Fuel Tax Act

1Subsection 18.8(1) of New Brunswick Regulation 82-81 under the Gasoline and Motive Fuel Tax Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (b) by striking out “Fisheries Development Act” and substituting “Fisheries and Aquaculture Development Act”;
(b) in paragraph (c) by striking out “Fisheries Development Act” and substituting “Fisheries and Aquaculture Development Act”.
2This Regulation comes into force on September 15, 2009.
