1Subsection 5(4) of New Brunswick Regulation 2005-148 under the Natural Products Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
5(4)At the annual district meeting of producers, the producers shall elect the number of members assigned to the district under subsection 3(2), if the term of office of a member for the district is expiring.
