1Subsection 3(3) of New Brunswick Regulation 83-199 under the Motor Vehicle Act is amended by adding after paragraph (b) the following:
(b.1) Weigh Tronix Model BMS 2512-60T single steel deck full load cell axle massing scale system, capacity sixty thousand kilograms;
