1New Brunswick Regulation 85-205 under the Financial Administration Act is amended by adding the following after section 2:
2.1The fee for the issuance of a number plate of an off-road vehicle is $25.
2Section 3 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “fifteen dollars” and substituting “$25”.
3Section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “eight dollars” and substituting “$20”.
4This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2009.
