1Subsection 6(2) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-85 under the Municipalities Act is amended by striking out “is punishable upon summary conviction therefore to a fine” and substituting “is liable on conviction to a fine”.
2Subsection 9(1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and in default of payment is liable to imprisonment in accordance with subsection 31(3) of the Summary Convictions Act”.
