Insurer to maintain compliance system
361.1An insurer that authorizes the following persons to act on the insurer’s behalf shall establish and maintain a system that is reasonably designed to ensure that each person complies with this Act, the regulations or any terms and conditions of their licence:Â
(e)
an employee of a restricted insurance representative engaged in the business of insurance;
(f)
a managing general agent;
(g)
a restricted insurance representative; and
(h)
a third party administrator.
