25Subject to the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, the Commission may make by-laws
(a)
governing its affairs and business and setting out its procedures,
(b)
Repealed: 2014, c.49, s.20
(c)
prescribing the form and use of such payrolls, records, reports, certificates, declarations and documents as may be required by the Commission under this Act.
