81The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may make regulations
(a)
prescribing penalties for the violation of any of the provisions of this Part, or for the breach of any rule, regulation or order made under the authority of this Act,
(b)

(d)
prescribing a rating schedule for the purposes of calculating an award for a permanent physical impairment under subsection 38.11(17) or 38.2(8),
(d.1)
prescribing a rate of interest for purposes of section 67,
(e)
providing for the management of the Pension Fund and regarding options available to workers and surviving spouses under the pension plans, and
(e.1)

(f)
for the due administration and carrying out of the provisions of this Act.
