Review of Act

50.1(1)On or before January 1, 2020, and every five years after that, a comprehensive review of the provisions of this Act shall be undertaken in a manner determined by the Commission.
50.1(2)Within two years after a review is undertaken, the Commission shall submit a report on the review to the Minister, including a statement of any changes that the Commission recommends.
