29Where an animal protection officer has, on reasonable and probable grounds, reason to believe that a person owns an animal or has an animal in his or her possession or care and control contrary to an order issued under section 26, the animal protection officer may apply to a judge for a entry warrant under the Entry Warrants Act to enter any place including a dwelling house for the purpose of seizing the animal.
