1The New Brunswick Society for the Prevention of Cruelty incorporated by Chapter 58 of the Acts of 44 Victoria, (1881), is hereby continued under the name of The New Brunswick Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and shall consist of all persons who contribute to the funds thereof, according to the terms and conditions prescribed by the rules and regulations of the society.
