Offences and penalties
28(1)A person who violates or fails to comply with subsection 13(8) or 25(4) commits an offence punishable under Part II of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category B offence.
28(2)A person who violates or fails to comply with subsection 8(4), 8(4.1), 8(4.2), 8(7), 8(7.1), 8(7.2), 8.01(2), 11.1(2.01), 11.11(1), 11.11(2), 15(6.1), 15(6.2), 16(1), 24.12(1), 24.13(1), 25.6(1), 25.8(2), 25.8(3), 25.8(4), 25.8(5), 25.8(6), 25.8(7) or 26(3) commits an offence punishable under Part II of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category E offence.
28(2.1)A person who fails to comply with an order of the residential tenancies officer under subsection 6(6.7), 8.011(1), 15(6.4), 24.12(9) or 24.13(4) commits an offence punishable under Part II of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category E offence.
28(3)A person who violates or fails to comply with section 3.1 or 14, subsection 16(4.5) or section 17 or 18 commits an offence punishable under Part II of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category F offence.
