Termination of tenancy
25.51(1)Notwithstanding subsection 24(1), a notice of termination of a tenancy of a mobile home site is to be served by the landlord of the mobile home site at least six months before the expiration of any month to be effective on the last day of that month.
25.51(2)Notwithstanding subsections 24(1) and 24.01(2), a notice of termination of a tenancy of a mobile home site is to be served by the tenant of the mobile home site at least two months before the expiration of any month to be effective on the last day of that month.
