33.1No action lies for damages or otherwise against any of the following persons in relation to anything done or purported to be done in good faith, or in relation to anything omitted in good faith, under this Act by the person:
(a)
the Commission;
(b)
the chair or a former chair of the Commission;
(c)
the vice-chair or a former vice-chair of the Commission;
(d)
any other member or former member of the Commission;
(e)
any employee or former employee of the Commission; and
(f)
an investigator appointed to investigate a conduct complaint under Division C of Part III or Division B of Part III.1.
33.1No action lies for damages or otherwise against any of the following persons in relation to anything done or purported to be done in good faith, or in relation to anything omitted in good faith, under this Act by the person:
(a)
the Commission;
(b)
the chair or a former chair of the Commission;
(c)
the vice-chair or a former vice-chair of the Commission;
(d)
any other member or former member of the Commission;
(e)
any employee or former employee of the Commission; and
(f)
an investigator appointed to investigate a conduct complaint under Division C of Part III.
33.1The chairman, vice-chairman or a member of the Commission is not personally liable for anything in good faith done or omitted to be done by the chairman, vice-chairman or a member of the Commission while acting under the authority of this Act or the regulations.
