Assistance to investigator
29.2(1)Where an investigation into a complaint is conducted under this Part, every member of a police force shall provide the investigator with all information and assistance requested by the investigator.
29.2(2)Subsection (1) does not apply to
(a)
the police officer who is the subject of the complaint, or
(b)
the president of the local trade union or his designate who comes into possession of information relating to the complaint by virtue of his capacity as president or designate.
