Right to appeal
75(1)If the custodian decides not to accept the recommendations of the Ombud, the individual who made the complaint may appeal the matter, in accordance with the regulations, to a judge of The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick.
75(2)The custodian shall notify the individual who made the complaint of the custodian’s decision not to accept the recommendations of the Ombud, the individual’s right to appeal the decision and the time limit for the appeal.
75(3)Section 66 applies with the necessary modifications in relation to an appeal under subsection (1).
