Oath of Commissioner
58(1)Before entering on the performance of his or her duties or the exercise of his or her powers or responsibilities under this Act, the Commissioner shall take an oath to faithfully and impartially perform the duties or exercise the powers or responsibilities and not to divulge any information received under this Act except for the purpose of giving effect to this Act.
58(2)The Speaker or the Clerk of the Legislative Assembly shall administer the oath referred to in subsection (1).
