Disclosure to a research data centre
43.1A custodian may disclose personal health information to a research data centre if the research data centre has entered into
(a)
a written agreement with the Province with respect to its establishment as a research data centre and the approval of research projects, and
(b)
a written agreement with the custodian with respect to the sharing of personal health information that meets the requirements of section 50.
